AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, FROM TIME TO TIME IN OUR SOLE DISCRETION, WE WILL NOTIFY YOU OF

AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY UPDATING THIS DOCUMENT. IF YOU DO NOT

AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE NOTIFY US AND WE WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER.

 

Orders

All delivery times given are an approximate time scale and subject to change

All orders must have a deposit of at least 20% before being processed.

IMPORTANT: Please remember to check the furniture will fit. We will not be held liable for goods that can’t be delivered due to access unless Scope has carried out the access check.

Assembly Of Delivered Goods

Some furniture will be delivered flat pack, ready for home assembly.

Should the flat pack items require building by us, (£40 minimum) will be chargeable.

We do not assemble wardrobes.

We will not assemble furniture if it wasn’t advised at the time of arranging delivery as this will delay all further deliveries that day.

We can also recommend someone for you to assemble the product.

(We DO NOT employ the people we recommend, we only put you in contact with them)

Holding goods on order

Please note that we are unable to store goods for longer than 2 weeks upon arrival at our warehouse. If goods are in storage for longer than 2 weeks we cannot report transit damage to the manufacturer.

After 2 weeks of storing goods, you will be charged a storage fee 0.10p per sqr/Foot every day until the furniture is delivered.

If you have any possible delays in being able to take your goods please advise us we can potentially delay the dispatch with our supplier.

Delivery Charges £40 charge for orders under £300

No Charge = Invoices over £300

Cancellations

All cancellations will result in loss of deposit or 20% of the total invoice cost.

Disposal of Mattress - £40

Sofa/Chair (Fixed) Per Seat - £30 (3 Seater = £90)

Sofa/Chair (Reclining) Per Seat - £40 (3 Seater = £120)  

Sofa Beds - £seat charge and mattress charge
